Since starting as one small, independent company - in what used to be the Bullring, Wakefield, One World Travel’s flagship store now operates from Teall Street in the Trinity Shopping Centre. We are entering our 17th year of operation. Moreover, we now have three branches, in total, spanning Yorkshire. These are our Wakefield, Yarm, and Beverley branches.

Our bureau always offers the best foreign exchange rates in the area. Seen something better? Come back to us with the new rate and where you found it. If it is indeed better value, we promise to match, or even beat their rate!

Outside of travel, we are huge supporters of our community. We do our best to give back to the people that helped to make us. Not only do we employ local people in our branches, we also offer a pathway into the travel industry for our partner college students in Stockton. Our annual client Christmas party raises thousands of pounds for Wakefield Cathedral and Wakefield Hospice. In addition, we sponsor the local rugby league team, Wakefield Trinity – you might see some of our staff at the games! Alternatively, if you are a theatre-goer, you may have noticed that we sponsor the Wakefield Theatre Royal. We really do love our community, and the arts, sports, and services it has to offer.
