This initiative offers employees of businesses in Wakefield city centre unlimited, free access to a diverse range of live courses designed to enhance skills, boost business performance, and contribute to the overall success of the town centre.

The new learning hub provides up to 200 live interactive courses at any given time, catering to a wide array of subjects that meet the varied needs of our city centre businesses. From Retail Management and Customer Service to Microsoft Excel and Project Management, there’s something for everyone.

All courses are delivered as live interactive webinars, enabling employees to learn at their convenience—whether from home, at the office, or in one of Wakefield’s many hospitality venues with internet access. Upon completing a course, employees receive a Wakefield BID certificate of learning, providing valuable evidence of their professional development.
