WAKEFIELD Business Improvement District (BID) wants to know if you have the WoW factor to be part of our festive celebrations in our Wonder of Wakefield brochure. Space is free to city centre business.
But space is limited so businesses must act quickly.
Ever popular, the WoW is given free to shoppers and allows them to take advantage of special offers and discounts in city centre shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in the run up to Christmas. We will hand it out to shoppers and stores during the Christmas light switch on November 16, 17 and 18.
The BID is determined that Wakefield becomes a retail destination beyond the city and is encouraging businesses to add real value for this year’s festive season with bigger and better offers.
“The Wonder of Wakefield is always popular. This year we are adding value by making inclusion free of charge, but we want businesses to do their bit and offer consumers real incentives that attract them to the city centre and encourage them to stay longer,” said BID manager, Elizabeth Murphy.
“Adverts will be on a first come first served basis so businesses must respond quickly so we can have WoW designed and printed in time for the Christmas Light switch on November 16, 17 and 18. But we need your details by the end of September
