All of our levy payer businesses are invited to the Annual General Meeting of Wakefield BID Limited, which is due to take place at Unity Works from 9am on Thursday 28th March 2019.
The meeting will include:
• Report on the BID’s work including new projects, successes and future plans
• Appointment of Board Directors and Company Secretary
• Suggested amendments to the Memorandum & Articles of Association
We are keen to receive applications for new board members to drive the BID forward and, in turn, drive Wakefield city centre forward in line with our approved core aims, objectives and business plan.
