Artwalk is Wakefield’s bi-monthly evening celebrating art, performance, music, heritage and socialising. You can see this months schedule and map here.

Embracing multiple venues from local landmarks to shop-fronts and bars, Artwalk visitors (aka Artwalkers) are invited to explore a range of creative events taking place throughout the evening. Regular venues include Westgate Studios, Wakefield Cathedral, The Ridings Shopping Centre and Wakefield Museum alongside many others which change for each event.

The Artwalk is coordinated by an unfunded voluntary group, who firmly believe art is for all regardless of discipline and ability with support from Wakefield BID.
