Wakefield BID is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s Wakefield Business Awards 2025, a celebration of innovation, impact and excellence across the district’s business community.
Category Recognition
We are delighted to be finalists in:
- Not For Profit/Charity of the Year (sponsored by Newport Land and Law)
- Team of the Year (sponsored by Clear Workplace Pensions)
- Collaboration of the Year (sponsored by TAB Wakefield District)
This recognition reflects our team’s ongoing commitment to supporting businesses, building strong partnerships, and delivering real impact across Wakefield city centre.
Celebrating Local Achievement
Thomas Wales, Chief Executive of Wakefield BID, said:
“Being named a finalist in three categories is a huge honour. It’s a credit to the dedication of the BID team, who work tirelessly to support our businesses, and also to the partnerships we’ve built right across the city. Everything we do is about making Wakefield a place where businesses and communities can thrive, so this recognition really means a great deal.”
A Judging Process Built on Integrity
